Rate Management
Strategy – map out the year for strategic pricing for date ranges and room categories
Forecast – provide an annual room revenue forecast
Rates – set rates and parameters in the property management system (PMS) either through dynamic pricing or manually
Communicate – ensure owners and operational staff are made aware of rate strategies and changes
Reporting– provide basic reports on occupancy and revenue metrics

Provide all services under Rate Management: plus
Ensure Direct Website booking site is set up and mapped properly
Connect PMS to up to four external distribution channels (e.g. Online Travel Agents - OTAs)
Manage external distribution channels to optimise ranking and engage in appropriate promotions and campaigns
Additional Distribution
In addition to the four external channels under the Rate Management + Distribution plan we can add additional distribution channels including other strategic OTAs, corporate channels, Global Distribution Systems, etc.

Our Story & Expertise
At the heart of our service is real-world experience gained from two decades of hands-on success. Stephen owned and operated a highly successful boutique independent hotel for 20 years in a fiercely competitive leisure market, while Gary served as the General Manager of that same property, playing a key role in its growth and reputation.
Alongside our experience in the accommodation provider space, Stephen’s banking and trading background and Gary’s chartered accounting expertise give us a strong, objective, and data-driven approach to revenue management. We combine rigorous financial analysis with a deep understanding of your product, market conditions, and the technology that drives bookings and guest engagement.
